• Lymphatic drainageMLD · 30, 45 or 60 minGentle, rhythmic strokes that support the drainage of tissue fluid – with a compression bandage if needed.
• Sports physioKG / MT · 25–60 minFor recreational and club athletes: back to training with a clear step-by-step plan, taping and load tests.
• Gym-based therapyKG-Gerät · 60 minSupervised strength training on equipment – in small groups of up to three, each with their own plan.

Three steps to your first session

1. Get a prescription

   A doctor issues a “Heilmittelverordnung”. No prescription? You can come as a self-paying patient.

2. Request a time

   Online in four steps or by phone. We get back to you with a suggestion.

3. First visit

   Talk, assessment and your first treatment. Then we plan the rest of the series.
