Class 3 of 5
Move, listen, keep going
Kids Boxing is about learning to move, to listen and to keep going when something is hard. We use games, footwork ladders and pad work, and every child gets a turn with the coach in every class.
There is no sparring and no contact to the face. Kids work on bags, on pads and with a partner in slow motion. Gloves and hand wraps are provided. Parents are welcome to watch from the bench by the window.

Questions
Do the kids spar?
No. Kids Boxing is non-contact. Partner drills are done slowly, and nobody ever hits the head.
Is the class in English or German?
Both. Nina coaches in both languages and the groups are mixed. Kids pick up words from each other very quickly.
Can my child join in the middle of the school year?
Yes, any time there is a free spot. Groups are capped at 12. If a group is full, we put your child on the waiting list and let you know.
Who coaches my child?
Nina Hoffmann, our youth coach. Like everyone who coaches kids here, she is first-aid trained and has an extended background check (erweitertes Führungszeugnis).
